We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Soap and Candle Supplies Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Due to the nature of the product, fragrance oils are non-refundable. 
• If the product is being returned to us for reasons where there has been no mistake on the part of Morouge Canada, we shall charge a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs of processing and restocking the returned Goods plus any applicable shipping charges.
• We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee if the goods were originally shipped free as part of our free shipping program. 
• The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on returned goods.

Clothing Items:

• Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
• Clothing items are exempt from restocking fees. A return postage of $7.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be applied to your refund.
• Sale items (clothing only) marked with a discount less than 25% can be returned for merchandise credit on a gift card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
• Sale items (clothing only) marked with a discount of 25% or greater are final sale.

How to Mail Back a Return:

Please note:

• For clothing items, a return postage fee of $7.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
• For all other soap and candle supplies a restocking fee of 20% plus any applicable shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. 

To start a return:

• please send us an email at: info@morouge.ca with your order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.
• We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to drop off your package. If you saved Morouge box or mailer, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the box or mailer and seal it securely.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
