Morouge Canada Shipping Policy

At Morouge Canada, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Processing and Shipping:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days. During our peak season (September to December) processing may take up to 10 days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that once an order is in processing, it can no longer be cancelled. For more information, please review our refund policy.

Orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations in Ontario, Canada and could arrive in separate packages depending on the fulfillment location.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that we may change the shipping carrier you chose at checkout if the rate was not accurate or if a better shipping option is available for your order.

Domestic Shipping (Canada):
Delivery within Canada typically takes 2–14 business days. Rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

We currently offer free shipping for orders over $200 within Canada (excluding Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, and Yukon). 

In times where Canada Post announces a strike, the free shipping program will be paused until further notification. 

USA Shipping:
Delivery to the USA typically takes 5–17 business days. Please note that shipments may face delays due to customs procedures.

All US shipments are now shipped DDP (duty delivered paid). This ensures no surprises upon delivery.

Please note that while we do our best to help with delayed shipments, Morouge Canada cannot issue refunds for delays caused by customs. For more information, please visit our refund policy.

International Shipping:
We do not offer shipping outside North America.

Handling of Shipments:
Unexpected situations may occasionally affect shipments. While we cannot refund the cost of shipments or orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly. Shipment claims will be addressed within 7–14 business days.

Returns:
Shipments returned to us for any reason are subject to our return policy.
