Domestic Shipping:

• Within Canada, we use reliable carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, Chit Chats, UPS, Purolator, Stallion Express, and Canpar.
• Orders will be delivered within 2-14 business days. Please note that rural areas may experience delivery delays.

USA Shipping:

• For our valued customers in the USA, we ship via USPS, FedEx, Chit Chats, UPS, and Canada Post.
• Orders to the USA will be delivered within 3-14 business days.
• Orders of a total value that is less than $800 going from Canada to the USA are not subject to duties or taxes. Please check with your customs broker for more information.
• Orders that exceed the $800 value are subject to customs, duties, or other fees. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.
• Please be aware that international packages may experience delays due to customs procedures.

Free Shipping:

• Morouge Canada offers free shipping within Canada and the contiguous USA (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico) for eligible items with a total order value exceeding $150.
• Morouge Canada reserves the right to modify or update the terms of the free shipping offer at any time.

International Shipping:

We don't offer international shipping outside North America.
