Shipping Policy

Morouge Canada Shipping Policy

At Morouge Canada, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Processing and Shipping:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days. During our peak season (September to December) processing may take up to 10 days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations in Ontario and could arrive in separate packages depending on the fulfillment location.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that we may change the shipping carrier you chose at checkout if the rate was not accurate or if a better shipping option is available for your order.

Domestic Shipping (Canada):
We use reliable carriers such as Stallion Express, Canada Post, FedEx, Chit Chats, UPS, Purolator, and Canpar.
Delivery within Canada typically takes 2–14 business days. Rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Free shipping is available on orders over $200 within Canada.

USA Shipping:
We ship to the USA via USPS, FedEx, Chit Chats, UPS, and Canada Post.
Delivery to the USA typically takes 3–14 business days, but shipments may face delays due to customs procedures.
No free shipping is available to the USA due to tariffs. Duties will be calculated at checkout along with shipping rates. If no duties are shown, the product is exempt. This ensures no surprises upon delivery.
Please note that while we do our best to help with delayed shipments, Morouge Canada cannot issue refunds for delays caused by customs.

Important Notes on Duties:

  • As of September 1, 2025, the U.S. ended the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed shipments valued under $800 to enter duty-free. Duties are now calculated with shipping rates at checkout (DDP – Duty Delivered Paid), so there are no surprises upon delivery.

  • Goods manufactured in Canada or CUSMA countries (Canada, USA, Mexico) may still enter the U.S. duty-free depending on customs regulations.

  • Fragrance Oils, Candle Wax, and Candle Wicks made in the USA are not subject to U.S. duties regardless of value.

International Shipping:
We do not offer shipping outside North America.

Handling of Shipments:
Unexpected situations may occasionally affect shipments. While we cannot refund the cost of shipments or orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly. Shipment claims will be addressed within 7–14 business days.

Returns:
Shipments returned to us for any reason are subject to our return policy.
